When to start exercising

If you didn’t exercise on a regular basis before becoming pregnant, it`s best to wait until the 4th month to start a fitness regime. If you were physically active before pregnancy, it’s fine to continue. But please be aware that there are activities you should avoid now. Don’t overexercise or increase the intensity of your exercise program during the first three months. This will prevent overheating your baby at a critical time in its development. And avoid strenuous exercise during the last three months of pregnancy.
